I became involved in the local chapter of Women in eDiscovery. I was encouraged by several members to explore the field.
When did you realize that this career would be a good fit for you?

Do you prefer to be out in front and working with the clients or behind the scenes working with the technologies?
Out in front, but still having a foot on the back end technologies.
Is there an area of litigation support that had a steep learning curve for you?
Protocol – and the attention to detail required. My IT career was spent being a fire fighter, Lit Support is about fire prevention.
What do you consider to be one of the coolest things about working in litigation support?
Knowing that what I do on a daily basis matters.
